Leveling skills (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Is it possible to pump all the skills of Geralt in the game?
If so, how? Because as I recall even the total number of New game, New game+ twice collected places of power twice and eaten an acorn is not enough to pump all the perks in the game. Can be pumping all the yellow perks.

No, ng+, acorn (1 time), all collected places of power, the level 100 I got 155 skill points. That lasted for a full pumping red skills to the maximum and almost all the blue on high, on the other is not enough :)
