Bug EasyAntiCheat (For Honor)

Reinstalled everything, now gives the following:
When you start the game with UPLAY gives an error: Cannot find Uplay PC. Reinstall Uplay PC.
Then POPs up the message: untrusted system file (.... system32\d3d9.dll). Everything seems to be clear, I tried to change d3d9.dll file(different and his version put + register them as necessary through the team, watched solutions on different sites), updated Directx, tried to restore the file d3d9.dll. All the other games on the computer fly, no problem. Can anyone have this file, I will try to register it. I have windows 8.1. Thanks in advance.

Tried to remove the entire PACC with EAC and check the hash of the game??? See not set to block this program, AntiVir or similar.

Try the antivirus off before running the game and, accordingly, to try to find a match.
