Just be sure to put it through NMM.

Something with loading meshes, most likely they are not present in the right folder or not allowed in the config

Perhaps you have something in hand set and replaced some files. Put only through NMM don't listen to others! In the manual - just napartachil something. The body is cbbe necessary to install if you are fond of fashion clothing, because the vast amount is done under the cbbe body. Ideally, of course, suggest delete all and download net latest version with all the dlc from any hatab, and in a pinch to reinstall NMM. Don't forget to make a backup of your savegames!
Then just install cbbe through NMM and after that set clothes. And don't forget to check the requirements of the mods before installing. Modding isn't complicated, will want - will understand :). Meanwhile, more than what NMM does everything for you
