Fallout4.exe the process is suspended. (Fallout 4)

When the game starts the Manager comes out Fallout4.exe and the status column says stopped. In a second gets the Windows error report and both are closed. When you try to fix it using compatibility works only once. Game reinstalled, several times. Fashion was removed, put a clean Fallout. The problem is the same.

I deleted everything that was related to Fallout 4 on the computer. Including the folder in documents, where preserving and so on.
