Black screen after the quest \"Critical mass\" (Fallout 4)

Quest from subway, activating the detonator, the Institute is blown up, then the screen slowly fades out until it becomes black. The bottom right icon is not loading on any button the game doesn't react. Tried skinuti this quest via sqs and setstage, then - dialog Desdemona and synth, then speak with Desdemona, offering to make something to do there, but the new quest does not appear, and after a while it starts to repeat his remark and dialogue again. What to do?
