Ladies did not swim (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

I have TES 5 Skyrim LE
after the last reinstall, play for 1.5 years.

Oddity 1:
I began to notice that as the elimination of enemies in Skyrim, in my Palaces, Castles and Underground in the Bath, did not bathe and swim in the pools companion installed from the mods.
I can only come to the pool and to lie beside or sit legs dangling in the water.

Oddity 2:
- in the Underground Bath when replacing a new companion for vanilla (via dialogue), she agrees, but does not go away (as before).
- vanilla companion appears in the Bath.

I tried to install the old preservation 59 (to replace the vanilla girls in the Bath) - all vanilla girls bathe and swim.

Cleaned dirty edits and save - nothing helps.

Latest test:
1.Removed mods all new companions, living in Bath.
2.Reset Underground Room.
3.Made a clean save 360.
4.From the conservation of the 363 ran a Bath and it was empty, except for the 3 remaining vanilla girls (after exchange for new).
5.With 59 save (to replace the vanilla girls) in the Bath all the vanilla girls bathe and swim.
6.Conservation of 364 - established ex-date (mod) and she's not swimming and not swim.

Who faced with similar, where to look for a solution ?

The cause was not found, but the problem was solved.
Possible cause due to the fact that I'm playing differently, changing the scenario and game rules.
