All-terrain vehicles, improve (No Man's Sky)

Has anyone met the problem when you install a better splitter to the tractor? Personally, I have improved not working. In the properties, the improvements are written increase damage +5000%, but this is not happening. what does not work on any vehicle

until buggies are not dobralsya, but you know how the improvement should be put together(frame the improvement light up), I can be wrong and this is another, not surprising a bug)

I read that it actually increases your damage by 55%, may not fixed a bug, maybe a typo

Otoh a typo, the splitter only 5% damage gives.

And did - did not help. And the damage to all the vehicles both before and after the same from the splitter, even percent improvement there.
