Help please, I have a problem (The Sims 3)

when you buy something in the game there are these advantages, when you delete something, then appear yellow balls. see the picture

it bugs textures-just the game lag , try to reinstall the game (progress left)

First try to clean the cache (delete the documents in the folder The Sims 3 all file whose name is cache). Then find here in Files program Sims 3 Dashboard, try to remove damaged or incompatible files package. And start the game. If the problem remains, so it is in pirates of the curve. Download Sims 3 from another source and do not suffer.
