Screen stops working / Windows 10

Hi. Here include the laptop, watch TV shows, play, etc.
And suddenly after a while it ceases to show us something. Well, just a black screen, not black, but grayish sensitive, well, not pure black. This happens after about an hour-2 hours ( I hadn't put, well, somewhere so ).
When I go to the game (full screen game), sometimes something happens, some program opens the program or just the whole screen is black, sometimes grayish-black.
Driver all-new.
Please help in solving this issue.
