Game not included (Grand Theft Auto 5)

Good day to all, I used to play, everything was fine. After a couple of months decided to turn on, run, turn on RGSC, thinks, then have the game run, but instead everything disappears and the game does not turn on, what steps to take?

All the software is installed, Windows 10 64 Pro latest version 1080GTX, 64GB @2133mhz, 3930K to 4.5 Ghz, 1TB SSD

check the integrity of files, in extreme cases, reinstallation of the game itself, it's 110% it helps :)

nothing helped, neither reinstalling nor verifying the integrity of files after RGSC nothing happens at all.

also what is the hat! the game runs until the menu but when I run the session itself is already a crash. neither online nor campaign does not plow. pumped the entire game helped, but now again not working. to download so much every time I'm not funny odd. found the solution to your troubles?
