After you enter the airport, get to a fork in the underground. At the fork moves to the right. After coming to the place with the excavations (Where several points were in search of Fame) is not going down and looking for a big mountain of sand and climb up on it. On are just looking for a scrap. (You will have to climb many stairs)
In one room are all three of the remaining scrap.
