Blade Infinite Ways from the first part - what do you need? (Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire)

Recently I came across information about that Blade of Infinite Paths is transferred to the second part ONLY if it does not turn, in the form of debris that you can reforge(if reforged in the first part, it does not appear).
Now pereprohozhu the first part, all the debris found and now I stand before a choice to reforge or wait until the second part. Who knows, write the conditions under which this sword is transferred to the second part.
