Looking for a program to reassign buttons on the keyboard

Looking for a program to reassign buttons on the keyboard(laptop) in games.
Know that there are many free\conditional fee programs (like KeyChanger\KeyRemapper\RemapKey etc), but even after reassigning buttons in these programs, everything remains as before (in most operas.system, the keys are changed to those that are set).
