Very strange problem with ping (Fortnite)

The problem that I have just cosmically not clear and not giving normally play at all! The thing is that when I play a stable 50-70 ping, but absolutely in a random moment he starts to jump up to 200+,it's just nonsense! In advance I say, it's 100% not the router and the ISP, because in Moscow(at home) is such garbage, and in a different country is saved! What I just did, nothing helps!
