Well, if you can rent them (went through the quest), the first rent for 1-7 days, then press T and cause.
Embark on a quest with arnoglossum, then rent for 7 days (Any Choco-pole) call the menu of drugs, listy and call.
Quest was held. Chocobo rented. In the tactical menu, there is no point calling the Chocobo. The whistle may separately need to buy?

How to pass this quest? Odnoglazoe surrounded by cliffs. Found the entrance, but there is blocked by some sort of panel...

When you get to the Chocobo ranch you have to take the hunt for odnoglazoe. Follow the path (On the mini-map is specified) then follow carefully the fact that you say the tips and in the end defeat him. You then give full access to the Chocobo and the whistle for their call.

One or two of the day took this bird on the car. maybe better for 7 or 10 to pay? To the sword behind the waterfall because you can ride a Chocobo?
