Not enough unit cards. (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Want to play Quint, the pile of cards already bought, but in the squad anyway, 21 of the 22 cards and start the game does not work. Where can I get the map? Maybe a bug of some kind?
I remember when the last passage already in the garden could play, and then not get anywhere else.

Well if you bought the card either not dragged them into the deck, or really a bug. And by the way these cards are like the weather, stuffed animals, death penalty, only additional card and they do not count toward the minimum number of decks
