Krasnolutskii alcohol (bug) (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Comrades, I think a bug of some kind. I can't find krasnolutskii alcohol. He is not for sale nor the merchant at the White Garden next to the tavern. He's not Elsa in the tavern. Was not under the bridge with smuggling. Your opinion??

Go with the White garden in Velen, there you will find many. Lutai all the boxes with barrels in a row.
