Economy AI (Sid Meier's Civilization 5)

In addition to Brave new world the AI can have a negative balance very often that the game is difficult is perceived seriously. I don't understand why nobody pays attention to it. I see a huge Empire whose income (-137 gold per turn)! And even returning mechanics +1 gold for the cells near the river is not particularly helpful.
Any mods to the AI make it really good, but never change its economy.

besides in the game instead of bots were smarter at higher difficulty levels ,they just get buffs

Play fifth cevu is not the first year. Fashion - globally changing the economy is not seen anywhere else, starting with foreign, up to civfanatics.
But the mod is changing something with the buffs across. But he trash the game. Besides, the lion's share of the interface and other writings have become Spanish.

The options will be updated if I find anything. I'm not a programmer. I'm just a fan of this game, but motodel small, very small...
1) - you Can return the mechanics of the +1 gold for the cells near the river,but it does not solve the problem. The average AI with an empty Treasury and a negative income sitting stroke ~1-3. The game is mega casual (just like without DLC)
2) - Dig in the Expansion2 files and how to remove the NEW AI behavior
I have checked to replace the files from \DLC\Expansion\Gameplay\XML\AI \DLC\Expansion2\Gameplay\XML\AI Not working - what is this folder anyway? Not clear....
3) - Try to do together the 2 points above. Complement this item when checking...
Only AI files easy Assets to take then will be better

UPD: ..............BL* Guys...I think working for 100 turns, the AI never had any money in the Treasury 0
but the game will be much more casual... I'm a PIONEER!
