Help!! The problem with Windows!

So I have this problem, I noticed it a week ago but I began to interfere in the sump. Problems with the keyboard, definitely not, connect the second keyboard is the same garbage. Restarting PC did not help. A virus is definitely not as reinstalled it a week ago. Open lyricist and there says nothing, ie problems in Windows. Help!
