Help to build a new PC for tum-tum user

Special attention to the processor (in General, tum-tum in them), as far as I know, are quite good АMD Ryzen, but 3-5-7 generally about what does not speak as frequency, caches, etc. would be very grateful to everyone for their help and useful advice.
