Party Bus (Grand Theft Auto 5)

interesting bus. if you travel a bit and go to the beach, then coming out of it the music continues to play from the speakers. but only on the beach. but as they approached the crowd of pot smokers it is not possible to force to dance. Maybe someone else found what to do with this bit of useless traffic?
