Help with connecting your controller on 10 Windows

Gamepad Ipega PG-9076. Windows 10 determines it as a PS3/PC gamepad but actually nothing works. Tried to find the software, anything sensible did not find, on a smartphone plugged in with no problems and works perfect. The Internet is connected only 9023. If anyone passed through the circles of hell, help pliz.
