Established, but does not start... (Sniper Elite 4)

Bought the game, installed it but not run... got a message that the servers did not respond, did everything in the instructions but it does not work to exit the window and do not in any way to run the game... how to fix this? Who knows?

Well I have not bought this game... Well, apparently the servers those works and perhaps ROS kom supervision tried and was blocked by something and the servers Sniper Elite 4 has taken, write in support of the incentive they need to give a reason.
