Lost save (Batman: The Enemy Within)

Save completely lost its. Played it last night, completed the first episode, then came the need to disconnect from the Internet, disconnected, played on. Was the second episode, again connected to the Internet. After that lost its save. On the computer they have, and the game does not see them in any. Also save was in the cloud, from the cloud but for some reason they also piled up! What?! What to do now, anyone know?
