Is it worth buying, if you have not played in the previous part? (Yakuza Zero)

I unfortunately was not able to play this game on their PS2 I had, and instead the PS3 was the Xbox 360(unfortunately), at the beginning of this year I bought a ps4 and only now noticed this game.
