you usually can find the saves in the steam folder.
And most likely somewhere in:\Steam\userdata\

steamlibrary/steamapps/common/Fallout Shelter/FalloutShelter_Data/GI and there folder with your shelters, referred to as levelxxx, where xxx is the number of your shelter.
