Not working missile guidance (Grand Theft Auto 5)

Suddenly stopped working pointing missiles at other players,though they are perfectly for me induced,help please,all settings have been everywhere and playing on the XBOX ONE

So on the player and not suggests. Only cars, but planes or NPCs in missions.

On a PC via M set the priority of sight, maybe its turned off?
