Not a console by any chance? I think maybe it on PC added? Otherwise, how else to explain it.

Well never had this although I'm the first death I don't remember what it was but the movie was not exact.

Well, it means you've praclical. Or this video does not run under any circumstances. For example, if you were killed by a car or fell from the bridge he could not appear. But if a player is killed, then the movie starts.
