Can't take the team Construct (Neverwinter Nights 2)

During the passage of missions with githyanki found Construct and chose to go Back for him when save Shandra . Remembered about it only in the second Chapter.
Found an old save and rebooted , but could not take him in the team. Tell me, what do I do ?
