The achievements in the game (Assassin's Creed: Syndicate)

Updated my x box. And after him went the game. Began popping up again achieving one after the other. And loaded not all.
There is not an active achievement which I just passed and shows the opposite =(
What's the problem? For example the achievement of a 5 part memories are not active. And what should I do if I already passed this part
