Help can't jump (Far Cry 5)

The mission of high voltage, after the rope you have to jump from one platform to another that which is below. I can not jump, falling down. I watched the video walkthrough of the mission where people can easily jump. What am I doing wrong??

With a running jump,hold down shift.
