What about the textures ? (Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare)

In the beginning of the game textures normal, after some time, there comes a spooky soap, and impossible to play. Cache shadows etc disabled, settings max, 1080p.
Video card RTX 2060 6gb, I read that this is due to VRAM, but then you see another case. Who faced with ?
Fps in the range of 110-125фпс
