The bug with the weapon in the hands of NPC dialogs (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

The weapon appears in the dialogues of some NPCs, some all the rules... Can someone faced with such problem? How to fix?

I had this problem when I used the mod Enemies of Rivia : https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/2655
Alas, it helped only deleting the mod :(
