Chamber of suffering (Bug?) (Rise of the Tomb Raider)

There is a problem. Connect the comet platform and mechanism (screen). Move the cart. Click on the lever. Run and connect the truck with the raised mechanism. The rope dropped between the platform and the mechanism. WTF?
This is a bug? Who faced?
