Deluxe edition (Assassin's Creed: Rogue)

I have a question on the game, I have long held the rogue pirates, and I remember that there was a paki outfit Templar, the captain and officer, today purchased the uplay deluxe edition, I don't even resource, and noticed only while Krista James Gunn and kind of collectible items are marked,so this is all that is included in deluxe? or I something do not understand? and even if it's not included why not buy more?
