You cannot send police to the call (This Is the Police 2)

Towards the end of the game I have lost the ability to send the police on the matter, icons of the bottom panel is missing, this is a bug or idea for a game of some kind? Was anyone the same?

Bug I was playing and this bug never met. Only on 30 December did not send, but there didn't have to.
