The Intimidation perk and Animal Friend are not working (Fallout 4)
Perks to the table, charisma is a Friend to animals and Intimidation do not work. When aiming at the target, you do not receive activation key. In what MB a problem?Game torrent with 400+ mods(half off.). Everything else seems to function.
Now looking for the problem, MB for fo4edit'd get along, but you never know and someone will help sooner..)

If the benefit obtained through the console , it doesn't always work , although it is noted in the achievements .
