AXRX 470 8GBD5-DM does not run the game

Hello. Recently bought the graphics card. The seller checked farmakom, tests, games - everything was fine. I do not plow. The latest driver installed. Everything is determined. Maybe BIOS reflash or a pill or something? Please help to understand.
