Perhaps chudit port on the motherboard or a problem with the connector on the keyboard. Perhaps you have a sagging power (+5 volts) to the USB port or even on the power supply. Could be a driver problem. If all of this, and other manipulations except for disassembly Claudia you tried that...
Once we have at work, I dragged Genius LuxeMate 525 (cheap Chinese gaming keyboard... rakovinnykh was a lot!) with similar symptoms. If it was turned off and reactivated, it worked, literally 10-20 seconds, and tightly still. Dismantled, hooked, felt the chip. Not much, but hot. You can check it out....
