Problems and lag (The Saboteur)

When I pass the mission ScaleY (immediately after when the British brought the chest) there is a mission where Sean is on the German who killed his friend (forgot his name), and that's where you need to sit in a truck which gave Skayla. But when I sit in the truck it is a dialogue of Scaly I understand there's a note needs to be in the truck but the notes on my screen and no interface too. Tried to close the note on Esc but nothing works. Help please game Repack.
