How to change resolution in the game? (Tomb Raider: Underworld)

When you first start, was game settings, resolution, fps and quality. But after this line is not Ming and there's nowhere settings! I deleted the game and shook the other version, but the game runs with the settings I set for the first time! Where are the configuration files or the launcher?
