How to get dismemberment in the game? (Fallout 4)

Hi all!
I certainly love the realism in the game, but flying arms, legs and head are tired.
Is there a way to disable the brutality in the game?

Look in Fallout.ini. bDisableAllGore=0. 0 to 1 change, can help.

I agree that flying head from a 9mm is a total nonsense. Even the game was removed because of this can not play.
