The game freezes on the spot (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

When choosing characters Geralt just freezes on the spot, the camera can move, everything else normal, game reinstalled not once, who can tell?

I have the same thing,only with the signs,But just on high this thing. Just memory is not enough.You may want to reduce the schedule. If steam still wallaper bought it and to turn it off or stop the Wallpaper.
