Camouflage clothes (Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands)

Hola amigos!!!There is such a question.The game didn't climb for 4 months.Climbed today and saw the new camouflage clothes and they are locked.What got me through the game.The game passed completely(Story sure).How to open these camo??Just filled up again El Sueno??
