Game (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Before the game was in comfort mode at medium - high settings. Now removing everything on low the game gives 17-20 fps. Tried Repack. What could it be?

Reinstallation of Windows + installation of all drivers will help 100% and there will be more 60fps ..
