Help to interpret the icons of the interface (Deus Ex: Mankind Divided)

Peoples, I didn't quite understand the notation, can someone tell me?
When cut the base of terrorists in masks of gold label over them, that I set was ordinary. Now the usual ohranniki (Mission to APEX center) is marked by some masks. Screenshot attached.


And another: during a confrontation, bottom left, near the energy bar displays the icon for the explosion marked x-2. Th is means? Google is silent, I'm confused too. Thank you!
