Auto-mode temperature/speed of graphics cards almost always works correctly, spinning max rpm - noticeable on the loading screens of games. Only manual mode.

Never seen. The revolutions of the screws depends on the load of GPU and temperature, not on anything else. But if you climbed to the graphics card, then this is your personal problem.
