Enlarge the paging file up to 12 or 16 GB. The game is very demanding on the RAM and whatever the number of RAM, still using swap. I ate 8Gb of RAM(all available) and 11 GB of paging file. Monitoring via MSI Afterburner. This on medium-high graphics settings in FHD resolution, with mods.
