The map is extremely weak, and percent - of-date. I played it when I was beta free. Minimum required 1080ti to Division 2 for a comfortable game.
Still looking at what resolution you play and on what settings Griffonia.
As for the RAM, then the Division 2 eat I have 13400 Gubanov. Loves this game to devour resources from CPU and memory.

Put everything on the bare minimum, the resolution is not affected, different set of the same song

My system is slightly better, but it seems to be working.
Try to update the driver. Verify the game files. In extreme cases, reinstall the game and driver clean.
