should I take a 4820k?

Good afternoon(evening).
A percent of the i7-3820, mother rampage iv extrime. All purchased 2012-13 and updated only vidjushki The youngest in the line of PERC purchased for upgrade but never had the chance to do it. Want to buy 4820к, but not sure that it will be better. Computer for toys onli. Thank you.

if you don't plan to overclock, it makes no sense: cores/threads will be no more; the difference in the rate of increase is also unlikely to give.
